2. Do not weigh yourself everyday. Once a week at MOST. I like twice a month.

3. Have green tea everyday

4. Drink extra water everyday

5. Chicken and fish over red meat

6. Eat breakfast

7. Eat breakfast – yey I said it twice!

8. Be patient

9. Visualize everyday what you wanna look and feel like. Don’t underestimate this technique. All successful people use the power of visualization

I was surprised about the menu at Wendy’s. They had some HEALTHY CHOICES!

After the small chili (220 calories), the side salad (25 calories) with no dressing, the mandarin orange cup (90 calories) and a bottle of water, I only ate 335 calories of food. That is really awesome.

1 medium french fries is 410 calories so I ate all that food and still came in 75 calories less than fries plus I had food that’s good for you.

Other Good Choices (add a mandarin orange cup or side salad if you’re hungry)

* The Ultimate Chicken Grilled Sandwich – 370 calories and only 7 grams of fat.

* The Grilled Chicken Go Wrap – 260 calories and only 10 grams of fat.

* The Small or Medium Chili is still my favorite!

DO  NOT GET….

The Chicken Club Sandwich – it’s 630 calories and 31 grams of fat…yikes!

I will admit, I have a diet soda like 3 times a week – it’s my vice – one of them (he he he) but at least it doesn’t have any calories.


Everything in moderation I guess is the point here…the worst thing you can do is have a regular soda every day – especially if you’re trying to lose weight and tighten your waistline.

Sorry to be gross – but I guarantee you will think twice before reaching for 160 calories of pure sugar!
