I was surprised about the menu at Wendy’s. They had some HEALTHY CHOICES!
After the small chili (220 calories), the side salad (25 calories) with no dressing, the mandarin orange cup (90 calories) and a bottle of water, I only ate 335 calories of food. That is really awesome.
1 medium french fries is 410 calories so I ate all that food and still came in 75 calories less than fries plus I had food that’s good for you.
Other Good Choices (add a mandarin orange cup or side salad if you’re hungry)
* The Ultimate Chicken Grilled Sandwich – 370 calories and only 7 grams of fat.
* The Grilled Chicken Go Wrap – 260 calories and only 10 grams of fat.
* The Small or Medium Chili is still my favorite!
DOÂ NOT GET….
The Chicken Club Sandwich – it’s 630 calories and 31 grams of fat…yikes!
