Animal Kingdom Cardio

BurnFat Animal Kingdom Cardio

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) has been proven to be more effective at burning fat than steadyfact1 300x225 Animal Kingdom Cardio state cardio. This is simply a FACT…

Now I am not saying never to do some light cardio. I mean, we do light steady state cardio as well as short 30 second bursts of higher intensity cardio training at boot camp and I actually just got back from a 25 minute light jog outside cuz the weather was just so nice and I just did my HIIT training yesterday.

I’m just saying that to totally be and feel fit, you don’t wanna be able to sprint but be unable to jog for 20 minutes or vice-versa right? You wanna feel like you can do it all..at least I do.

Variety is not only the spice of life but it’s great when you are trying to lose fat and tone up cuz the body is always doing something different.

Moving to my point…

I think people still don’t understand the importance of high intensity interval cardio so before I give you my 10 minute cardio solution that you do just about anywhere, I want to turn your attention to the animal kingdom

Look How Lean That Cheetah Is!

By Lean I mean – low levels of body fat and totally toned and sculpted right?

Look How Lean That Horse Is – Super defined!

These 2 pictures are reminders that the leanest animals on the planet are the ones that can sprint very no excuses1 300x300 Animal Kingdom Cardiofast for short periods of time and the same hold true for people – the folks with the lowest levels of body fat incorporate some form of HIIT during the week as well as resistance training.

Here’s the good news…

Sure HIIT is hard but it takes a lot less time (a real big excuse for most of us including me) and the results you can achieve make it super worth it..
