Cool Belly Exercise The Russian Twist
Sit so your body forms a V shape, with lower legs crossed and lifted (heels on floor if youre a beginner). Hold a medicine ball or dumbbell between both hands. Move left and right touching ball to each side of the floor while maintaining that V shape. 15-20 reps on each side will do it!
